RF JOB 42:1 Then Job answered, and said:
RF JOB 42:2 I know that Your power is supreme,
And Your purpose can not be withstood!
RF JOB 42:3 Who am I? Who hid fact without thought,
And spoke what I never could know
Of acts that I understood not,
RF JOB 42:4 When I said, "Listen, and I will speak,—
I will question, and You must reply!
RF JOB 42:5 I had heard of You once by my ear,
But now I have seen with my eyes,
RF JOB 42:6 So I am convinced, and repent
On the dust and in ashes reclined.
RF JOB 42:7 Now it occurred that after JEHOVAH had addressed these discourses to Job, that Jehovah said to Eliphaz the Themanite, "My anger burns against you and your two friends, for you have not reasoned correctly about Me, like My servant Job.
RF JOB 42:8 So now choose for yourselves seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer a sacrifice for yourselves, when My servant Job will pray for you,—for I will accept his presence,—so that I may not do any injury to you because you have not reasoned correctly about me, like my servant Job."
RF JOB 42:9 Consequently Eliphaz the Themanite, and Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Namathite, went and did as the EVER-LIVING commanded them, and the EVER-LIVING accepted the presence of Job.
RF JOB 42:10 Then the EVER-LIVING removed the miseries of Job when he prayed for his friends, and the EVER-LIVING gave Job twice as much as he had formerly.
RF JOB 42:11 And his brothers and sisters came to him. with all his acquaintance, to congratulate him, and ate bread with him in his home, and condoled with him and comforted him over all the suffering that the Lord had laid upon him, and each of them gave him a lamb, and every one a ring of gold.
RF JOB 42:12 The EVER-LIVING thus blessed Job more than formerly, and he possessed fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she-asses.
RF JOB 42:13 He also had seven sons, and three daughters,
RF JOB 42:14 and called the first of them Jemima, and the second Kezia, and the name of the third was Karenhepuk,
RF JOB 42:15 and in all the country none were found so beautiful as the daughters of Job. Their father gave them fortunes as well as to their brothers.
RF JOB 42:16 Job lived after this a hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and grandsons, and great-grandsons of the fourth generation.
RF JOB 42:17 Then Job died, an old man, and satiated with years
