RF NUM 7:1 The Consecration of the Sanctuary.
And when the time came that the sanctuary was finished, Moses erected, and consecrated, and sanctified it, with all its furniture; and the altar and all its instruments; and sanctified them.
RF NUM 7:2 Then the Princes of Israel, the heads of their ancestral houses, the Princes of the tribes and the commanders of regiments, approached,
RF NUM 7:3 and brought as their gifts to present to the EVER-LIVING six covered waggons and twelve bullocks; a waggon for two princes, and a bullock for each, and presented them before the sanctuary.
RF NUM 7:4 Then the EVER-LIVING spoke to Moses, commanding;—
RF NUM 7:5 "Receive them, and they shall be to perform the work of the Hall of Assembly. Therefore give them to the Levites, each according to the amount of their work."
RF NUM 7:6 Moses consequently accepted the waggons, and the bullocks, and gave them to the Levites;—
RF NUM 7:7 he allotted two waggons and four of the bullocks to the sons of Ghershon, for their work.
RF NUM 7:8 And four of the waggons and eight of the bullocks he allotted to the sons of Merari for their work, under the control of Aithamar, the son of Aaron, the priest.
RF NUM 7:9 But to the sons of Kahath he gave none, for the sacred work they did was laid upon their shoulders.
RF NUM 7:10 Consecration of the Altar.
The princes also came forward at the dedication of the altar, on the day of its consecration, and the princes presented their gifts before the altar.
RF NUM 7:11 Gifts from the Princes.
But the EVER-LIVING said to Moses, "Let them offer their gifts at the dedication of the altar, one prince a day, then another prince a day."
RF NUM 7:12 So Nakhshon the son of Aminadab of the tribe of Judah, presented his silver dish of a hundred and thirty gift the first day;
RF NUM 7:13 and his gift was a shekels, a silver watering-can, of seventy shekels by the sacred weights, both filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a food-offering.
RF NUM 7:14 One cup made of gold, full of incense.
RF NUM 7:15 A bullock from the fold; a ram; a sheep of the year, for a burnt-offering,
RF NUM 7:16 one he-goat for a sin-offering and two bullocks for a sacrifice of thanks,
RF NUM 7:17 with five rams, five he-goats, five sheep of a year old;—these were the gift of Nakhshon the son of Aminadab.
RF NUM 7:18 On the second day Nathaniel the son of Tzoar, prince of Issakar,
RF NUM 7:19 came forward. He offered as his gift a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels, a silver watering-pot of seventy shekels, by the sacred weight, both of them full of fine flour mixed with oil, as a food-offering.
RF NUM 7:20 A cup made of gold, full of incense;
RF NUM 7:21 a bullock from the fold, a ram, a sheep of the year for a burnt-offering,
RF NUM 7:22 a he-goat for a sin-offering,
RF NUM 7:23 and as a sacrifice of thanks, two bullocks, five rams, five he-goats, five sheep of a year old;—this was the offering of Nathaniel the son of Tzoar.
RF NUM 7:24 On the third day, the prince of the sons of Zebulon, Aliab, the son of Khelon,
RF NUM 7:25 presented a silver dish of a hundred and thirty shekels, a silver watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred weights, both full of fine flour mixed with oil for a food-offering;
RF NUM 7:26 a cup made of gold, full of incense,
RF NUM 7:27 a bullock from the fold, a ram, a sheep of the year, for a burnt-offering;
RF NUM 7:28 a he-goat for a sin-offering;
RF NUM 7:29 and for a sacrifice of thanks two bullocks, five rams, five he-goats, five year old sheep—these were the gift of Aliab the son of Khelon.
RF NUM 7:30 On the fourth day, the prince of the sons of Reuben, Aliazer the son of Shadiaur,
RF NUM 7:31 presented a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels, a silver watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred weights; both full of fine flour mixed with oil, for a food-offering;
RF NUM 7:32 a cup made of gold, full of incense;
RF NUM 7:33 a bull from the fold, a ram, a lamb of the year for a burnt-offering;
RF NUM 7:34 a he-goat for a sin-offering;
RF NUM 7:35 and for a sacrifice of thanks, two bullocks, five rams, five he-goats, five year old sheep—these were the gift of Aliazar the son of Shadiaur.
RF NUM 7:36 On the fifth day the prince of the sons of Simeon, Shelumial the son of Tzorishadai,
RF NUM 7:37 presented a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels, by the sacred weight, a silver watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred shekel, both full of fine flour mixed with oil for a food-offering;
RF NUM 7:38 a cup made of gold, full of incense;
RF NUM 7:39 a bull from the fold, a ram, a year old lamb for a burnt-offering,
RF NUM 7:40 a he-goat for a sin-offering;
RF NUM 7:41 and for a sacrifice of thanks, two bullocks, five rams, five he-goats, five year old sheep—these were the gift of Shelumial the son of Tzorishadai.
RF NUM 7:42 On the sixth day the prince of the sons of Gad, Aliasaf the son of Rauel
RF NUM 7:43 presented a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels, by the sacred weight, a watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred weight, both full of fine flour mixed with oil for a food-offering;
RF NUM 7:44 a cup made of gold, full of incense,
RF NUM 7:45 a bull from the stall, a ram, a lamb of one year old for a burnt-offering;
RF NUM 7:46 and for a sacrifice of thanks,
RF NUM 7:47 two bullocks, five rams, five he-goats, five year old sheep—these were the gift of Aliasaf the son of Rauel.
RF NUM 7:48 On the seventh day the prince of the sons of Ephraim, Alishamah the son of Amihud,
RF NUM 7:49 presented a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels, a silver watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred weights; both full of fine flour mixed with oil for a food-offering;
RF NUM 7:50 a cup made of gold, full of incense;
RF NUM 7:51 a bull from the fold, a ram, a sheep of a year old for a burnt-offering;
RF NUM 7:52 a he-goat for a sin-offering;
RF NUM 7:53 and for a sacrifice of thanks two bullocks, five rams, five he-goats, five year old sheep—these were the gift of Alishamah the son of Amihud.
RF NUM 7:54 On the eighth day the prince of the sons of Manasseh, Gamalial the son of Phidhatzur,
RF NUM 7:55 presented a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels, a silver watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred weights, both full of fine flour mixed with oil, for a food-offering;
RF NUM 7:56 a cup made of gold, full of incense;
RF NUM 7:57 a bull from the fold, a ram, a year old sheep, for a burnt-offering;
RF NUM 7:58 a he-goat for a sin-offering;
RF NUM 7:59 and for a sacrifice of thanks, two bullocks, five rams, five sheep of a year old. These were the gift of Gamalial the son of Phidhatzur.
RF NUM 7:60 On the ninth day the prince of the sons of Benjamin, Abidan, the son of Gadoni,
RF NUM 7:61 presented a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels, a silver watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred weights, both full of fine flour mixed with oil, as a food-offering;
RF NUM 7:62 a cup made of gold, full of incense,
RF NUM 7:63 a bull from the fold, a ram, a sheep of a year old, for a burnt-offering;
RF NUM 7:64 and for a sacrifice of thanks, two bullocks, five rams, five year old sheep.
RF NUM 7:65 These were the gift of Abidan the son of Gadoni.
RF NUM 7:66 On the tenth day the prince of the sons of Dan, Akhiazar the son of Amishadai,
RF NUM 7:67 presented a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels; a silver watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred weights, both full of fine flour mixed with oil, as a food-offering;
RF NUM 7:68 a cup made of gold, full of incense;
RF NUM 7:69 a bull from the fold, a ram, a year old sheep for a burnt-offering,
RF NUM 7:70 a he-goat for a sin-offering,
RF NUM 7:71 and as a sacrifice of thanks, two bullocks, five rams, five he-goats, five year old sheep. These were the gift of Akhiazar the son of Amishadai.
RF NUM 7:72 On the eleventh day the prince of the sons of Asher, Phanuel the son of Akran,
RF NUM 7:73 presented a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels, a silver watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred weights, both full of fine flour mixed with oil, as a food-offering,
RF NUM 7:74 a cup made of gold, full of incense,
RF NUM 7:75 a bull from the fold, a ram, a sheep of a year old, for a burnt—
RF NUM 7:76 offering; a he-goat for a sin-offering,
RF NUM 7:77 and for an offering of thanks, two bullocks, five rams, five goats, five year old sheep. These were the gift of Phanuel the son of Akran.
RF NUM 7:78 On the twelfth day the prince of the sons of Naphtali, Akhaira the son of Ainan,
RF NUM 7:79 presented a silver dish of one hundred and thirty shekels, a silver watering-can of seventy shekels, by the sacred weights, both full of fine flour mixed with oil, for a food-offering,
RF NUM 7:80 a cup made of gold full of incense,
RF NUM 7:81 a bull from the fold, a ram, a lamb of a year old, for a burnt-offering,
RF NUM 7:82 a he-goat for a sin-offering,
RF NUM 7:83 and as a sacrifice of thanks, two bullocks, five rams, five he-goats, five sheep of a year old. These were the gift of Akhaira the son of Ainan.
RF NUM 7:84 These were dedicated on the altar at the time it was consecrated, by the Princes of Israel;—twelve silver dishes; twelve silver watering-cans, twelve cups made of gold.
RF NUM 7:85 Each of the silver dishes was one hundred and thirty, and each of the watering-cans seventy; all the silver vessels were one thousand four hundred, by the sacred shekel.
RF NUM 7:86 The cups of gold full of incense were twelve; ten to a cup, by the sacred shekel; all the gold was one hundred and twenty.
RF NUM 7:87 All the bullocks for burnt-offerings were twelve, the bulls and rams, twelve, the lambs of a year old, twelve, with their food-offerings, and the he-goats were twelve for sin-offering's.
RF NUM 7:88 And all the cattle for the sacrifices of thanks, twenty-four bulls, sixty rams, sixty he-goats, sixty sheep of a year old. Thus the altar was dedicated after its consecration.
RF NUM 7:89 God Speaks to Moses at the Dedication of the Altar.
Then Moses went into the Hall of Assembly to speak to HIM, and heard the VOICE speaking to him from the Mercy-seat, which is upon the Ark of the Witnesses, from between the two Kerubim, there HE spoke to him.
